Dr. Sanders takes a thorough approach to assess and treat every individual patient. Your initial visit will include a comprehensive evaluation where Dr. Sanders will take the time to get to know you and understand your specific concerns. He will review and gather information including your past psychiatric history, past and current medications, developmental, family, medical and social histories.  This history will also him to assess biological, psychological and social factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. With your permission, Dr. Sanders may collaborate with family or other healthcare providers to ensure you receive the highest quality of care. This detailed medical history, coupled with your current assessment, will result in a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
